The SanE Management online rental contract management system is designed to assist you in managing your rental contracts. The online interface is easy to use and intuitive allowing you to complete the most complicated tasks with minimum hassle. 

The list of features that we have included is constantly growing but the key features are summarized here.

Manage Establishments
You can add all the properties that you currently service to the system. Once you have done that you can then generate contracts for each establishment. The system will allow you to create quotes, contracts and all other associated documentation. 

Manage Contacts
You can manage your contacts per establishment. This means that you can maintain multiple contracts on a per department basis. SanE Management will automatically complete all documentation based on the information you have entered for each contact. 

Manage Quotes
Keeping track of who you have quoted has never been so simple. You can create an unlimited number of quotes for each establishment. Once your client is happy with the quote, you can then approve the quote at which point it is managed for you by the online system. 

Installations
SanE Management will create the pick sheets for the installation on your behalf as well as notify the supplier of your order. 

Services
As services become due, you will receive a notification days before the installation.  SanE Management will also create all your orders for you.

Managing Margins
You can ensure that your margins are maintained on a per client basis. SanE Management will allow you to input variables like % Markup, Technician Costs, Finance charges etc.

Notifications
At key points, you will be notified about events that require your attention. This centers around services that are due so that you maintain an excellent working relationship with you clients.
